This PR fixes an issue brought up by a user in the Ginan repo, namely: GeoscienceAustralia/ginan#187
Although it was discoverd using the
auto_download_script.pyfrom that repo, the fix lies here ingnssanalysisLine 354 is the fix.
A few formating fixes are coming along for the ride (black auto-formatter)
Testing
I tested this by re-creating the error first experienced by the user (couldn't download the FIN), then re-tried after introducing the fix (and it downloaded fine)
